Originally from the UK, Mike Page has lived and worked in Munich, Germany, since 1990. Mike received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Wales and currently works with patents in the field of biotechnology. Mike is married to his wonderful wife, Sharon. They have been involved in church ministries in the Munich area since the early 90s. Adventurers at heart, Mike and Sharon are the names behind the dynamic Mountain Photography Workshop (mountainphotographyworkshop.com). They love sharing their passion for photography with others who want to learn more about photography. Mike and Sharon are parents to twins Rhiannon and Joshua.
In his free time, you can find Mike out and about in the countryside with a camera in hand, standing on top of Mont Blanc, capturing images of the Milky Way in the dead of night, driving at 100 mph on the Autobahn, rocking out at a great concert, or singing with Herrenbesuch, Munich’s foremost male barbershop choir.
