The Power of Prayer Giveaway on Theology Mix

1. By entering The Power of Prayer Giveaway (Giveaway), you are opting in to receive emails from Theology Mix regarding the Giveaway and other news.
2. By entering the contest, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age or older.
3. Contest is available through 11pm Eastern Standard Time on December 17, 2014. The contest is open to entrants worldwide.
4. No purchase or payment of additional services necessary to win.
5. Theology Mix will notify winners via email within one week of the end of the Giveaway.
6. Prizes will be mailed to winners upon receipt of address. Please allow 4‐6 weeks for delivery.
7. Theology Mix admins are not eligible to participate. Theology Mix contributors are welcome to participate.
8. Odds of winning are dependent on number of persons participating.
9. Tax Information: All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize won are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. The Giveaway is the event of Theology Mix and is no way endorsed by other brand owners.
11. GENERAL RULES. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Theology Mix against any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in the contest, or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize awarded. By entering the contest, (a) you agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the contest shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the District of Columbia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and (2) you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in District of Columbia. You hereby waive any rights to a trial by jury in any matter arising from or pertaining to participation in the contest. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and each participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, and participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
12. RELEASE. You agree to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Theology Mix, further covenant not to sue Theology Mix, and hereby acknowledge that Theology Mix has not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the contest or the prizes.
