Mark Stoscher and Ruthie Stoscher met at Fuller Seminary while working on Masters degrees in missions. They serve the Lord in Erseka, a small town in southern Albania. They lead the church that they started 20 years ago. Mark is also the Director of Torchbearers—Albania. This ministry has the largest summer camping program in Albania and an International Bible School during the winter. They have four children ages 11-19.
